CCTV released of missing three-year-old last seen in park as searches continue
Police say there is no indication of criminality as hundreds of volunteers, search officers and helicopters continue the hunt for Noah Woods.
- On Tuesday afternoon, three-year-old Noah Woods went missing from a playground in Merriam Close, Brantham, after becoming separated from a relative. The search has continued for nearly 24 hours as of Wednesday.
- Suffolk Police are leading an extensive search operation involving specialist units, dog teams, and helicopters from the National Police Air Service and HM Coastguard, supported by hundreds of local volunteers assisting the effort.
- Noah is non-verbal, has partial hearing loss, and will not respond to his name. Authorities requested that volunteers report to the coordination centre every 30 minutes and avoid using personal drones that could interfere with specialist equipment.
- Superintendent Tom Pearse stated the case remains a missing person investigation with no indication of criminality, although authorities keep an open mind. Officers have cordoned off Decoy Pond and surrounding woodland, requesting motorists review dashcam footage from 3pm Tuesday.
