Carthage library planning Eclipse Watch Party

Panola County will experience 90% or greater totality during the eclipse, which reaches its peak at approximately 1:40 p.m. The Sammy Brown Library is hosting a watch party for this rare occurrence. The library is also making eclipse viewing glasses available for free to the public the week of April 1-6.
