Carlos Peña's reflection on the controversy over Judge Urrutia: “It's not the judges' job to keep crime at bay”

The rector of the Diego Portales University once again addressed the controversy caused by the video calls granted by Judge Daniel Urrutia to inmates of the High Security Prison with links to the Aragua Train in Chile. “Criminal judges are arbiters between the citizen who violates the law and the State that monopolizes force,” he said.
