Indiana State Police say a French Lick man was arrested for drunk driving Monday evening after a state trooper spotted his vehicle sitting in the middle of the roadway in Rural Dubois County near Celestine. Police say 64-year-old Arthur Klem showed visible signs of impairment. He was taken to IU Health Hospital for a chemical test and then transported to the Dubois County jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
