Camp Trapping land ownership transferred to Lheidli T'enneh
The site of the former Camp Trapping, a rehabilitation facility for troubled youth, will now be under the jurisdiction of the Lheidli Tenneh First Nation (LTFN) The First Nation will now decide how to utilize the former youth rehabilitation facility, which closed in 2021. Prince George-Valemount MLA Shirley Bond, LTFN Chief Dolleen Logan, and CATS President Bob Plewes all spoke on the significance of the camp.
