The former Tennisman Horia Tecáu sent a video message in which he persuaded the Romans to vote and take responsibility for their choices. Nearly 40 members of the Roman Academy, including the writer Ana Blandiana and Minister of Education Daniel David, launch an appeal to the Romans, wherever they find them, to vote rationally, choosing the European road.

An appeal from members of the Romanian Academy is addressed to a "reasonal" vote for "European Road". "Conscious of the moment of purchase in which the Romanian society is located and of the impact it will find if the elections will win the anti-European direction, we, the AR members, call the citizens with the right to vote, wherever they are found, to vote rationally, choosing the European road" is the message of the signatories.
