A Cabinet meeting chaired by President Paul Kagame on Thursday, April 2, called on all Rwandans to reject genocide ideology as the country prepares for the 32nd commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi (Kwibuka32).
A few days before the opening of the 32nd period of commemoration of the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994, the Rwandan government held a Cabinet meeting chaired by President Paul Kagame on Thursday, 2 April. The resolutions issued at the end of this session call upon all citizens to reject any form of genocidal ideology, whose resurgence is evident both on digital platforms and in the Great Lakes region.
