Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree extending the powers of the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee in determining the conditions for the design and construction of facilities of priority importance for the socio-economic development of the regions, amending Decree No. 266 of 2 July 2025.
The Executive Committee and the Mingor Executive Committee are empowered by their decisions to authorize single-source procurement in the procurement of goods, construction, services from public entities, not only from the budget but also from their own funds.
