Media Minister Diana Buzoianu comments on Friday, after the Silva Federation has challenged the reorganization of Romsilva that they will not be left to despair of the Romsilva leadership that believes it will go away for many years with incompetence and corruption and will go into court and argue the decade and legality.
The Silva Union Federation has submitted a request to the Court of Appeal of Bucharest for suspension of the measures to be reorganised by Romsilva. They argue that the Government's decision including these measures "has been taken without respect for the legal procedures and rules in force".
The Silva Federation of Trade Unions has appealed in court and requested the suspension of the reorganization measures of the National Forestry Agency – Romsilva.
