Morgan Sindall has started work on a £103m community campus scheme after North Ayrshire Council reworked the project to help fill a £27m funding gap.

Build of Ardrossan Community Campus begins

MORGAN Sindall Construction has commenced the build of the Ardrossan Community Campus on behalf of North Ayrshire Council. Designed by JM Architects, the new campus forms part of the wider Ardrossan coastal plans, which will see a brownfield site north of the town’s harbour regenerated.
