Budaun Court Hands 20-Year Jail Term For Child Sodomy

A special court in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, has sentenced Sande Sagar alias Sunil to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for sodomising a seven-year-old boy. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 60,000, to be paid to the victim. The incident occurred on March 7 last year, and a case was registered on March 8, 2025.
