BRYCER Adds Tier II Reporting to The Compliance Engine, Alongside Fire Compliance Data
The opt-in service lets authorities collect annual hazardous chemical inventories in one platform and track renewals and overdue notices automatically.
On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Lisle, Illinois-based BRYCER announced Tier II Reporting, a new opt-in service enabling Authorities Having Jurisdiction to collect and track annual hazardous chemical inventory reports from property owners within The Compliance Engine.
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act requires annual hazardous chemical inventory reports from qualifying facilities. Previously, many departments received these reports by email, on paper, or not at all, creating gaps in critical emergency records.
Property owners submit their inventory data through the Premises Portal in TCE. Authorities Having Jurisdiction then receive these reports alongside compliance records they manage, eliminating the need to track different report types in separate places.
"Firefighters shouldn't have to guess what chemicals are behind the door when they arrive," said George Mantas, Director of Business Development at BRYCER. Real-time access enables departments to identify risks and respond faster without increasing administrative burden.
TCE tracks submissions on an annual cycle, automatically sending renewal and overdue notices to property owners by email or mail. This automation improves reporting accuracy and helps cities protect community infrastructure while streamlining regulatory enforcement.
