Brennan Buys 13,700 SF Industrial Outdoor Storage Facility in Metro Austin
PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group has purchased a 13,700-square-foot industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility in the northern Austin suburb of Pflugerville. The facility, which was acquired via sale-leaseback with an undisclosed seller/tenant, was built on 3.4 acres in 2017 and features 24-foot clear heights, nine grade-level overhead doors, two five-ton cranes and a wash bay. The sales price was not disclosed.
