"What kind of country do we live in? Is this a democracy, or perhaps an authoritarian state?" said Rafał Leśkiewicz, when asked about the situation surrounding the Constitutional Tribunal. "This is a road to nowhere. Donald Tusk won't pursue democratic actions with a crowbar and a baseball bat," added Karol Nawrocki's spokesman.

President Karol Nawrocki should accept the oath of office from Maciej Berek, who was elected by the Sejm as a Constitutional Tribunal judge, said Krzysztof Bosak. The Deputy Speaker of the Sejm also admitted that he himself voted against the former minister's candidacy. "I believe that a direct route from the government to the Constitutional Tribunal is not the right one," he said.

Krzysztof Bosak, citing his political intuition, stated that Karol Nawrocki would not accept the oath of office from Maciej Berek. However, the Confederation leader added that the president should receive the oath from a Constitutional Tribunal judge.

The Deputy Speaker of the Sejm has no doubt that Karol Nawrocki should accept the oath from Constitutional Tribunal Judge Maciej Berek.
