- The court mandated the department to pay compensation within one month, permitting Gurunanak Dairy and Sweets to resume operations immediately and resolving the prolonged closure dispute.
- FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe stated he would examine the judicial order before responding, while the department maintains it follows prescribed legal processes regarding license suspensions.
