SOUTH POINT — The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene at the Sam’s Club store after a bomb threat was called in Friday morning. Sheriff Jeff Lawless said that the caller with a male voice phoned in a threat that a bomb was in the store around 11:25 a.m. Employees and customers were evacuated from the store and deputies are sweeping the store looking for a bomb.
