BofA Poll Shows Investors Most Exposed to Tech Stocks Since 2020
Participants in BofA's October survey reported that semiconductor stocks were the most popular investment option in the market.
Fund managers raised their exposure to technological stocks to a peak since August 2020, while the Bank of America poll reflects divided views on a possible artificial intelligence bubble in 2027. The survey also points to an incipient rotation towards bonds and semiconductors as the busiest operation in the market.
While interest in technology stocks is strengthening, the future of the AI rally has divided investors. According to a BofA survey, the percentage of fund managers increasing the weighting of the technology sector in their portfolios has reached its highest level since August 2020. However, a significant portion of participants believe a bubble could form in the markets next year.
A survey by Bank of America Corp. (BofA) found that global investors following the AI-powered stock rally are exposed to technology stocks at the highest level seen since the Covid pandemic six years ago.
