Industrial production in August, after a short-term rise in July, recorded a decline again, the strongest since the start of the pandemic in April 2020, which made Croatia one of the countries with the largest decline in industry in the EU, alongside Greece and Denmark, according to the latest Eurostat data. In contrast to Croatia, industrial production in the Eurozone recorded the strongest growth since the beginning of the year in August.
