VERNON – A bicycle rider was struck by two vehicles and fatally injured just after dawn Wednesday morning in Vernon. The crash was reported at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday on Pacific Avenue near 45th Street, according to Vernon Police Department Lt. Gabriel Martinez.
