Man Arrested In Kochi With 30 Kg Ganja Worth Rs 50 Lakh
Kochi police have arrested Abdul Hai Molla and seized over 30 kg of ganja, valued at approximately Rs 50 lakh, as part of the anti-narcotics drive Operation Toofan. Molla, from West Bengal, is suspected of transporting the ganja from Odisha to Kerala for wholesale distribution.
A West Bengal native was arrested with ganja worth Rs 50 lakh in a raid conducted by 'Operation Toofan Narcohunt' in Kochi. Abdul Hai Mulla, the main link in the gang transporting ganja from Odisha to Kerala, was arrested by the police in Kaloor. Investigation is ongoing to find out who brought the ganja.
