Belgorod authorities say Ukraine hit border town with cluster munitions

Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of Russia’s Belgorod region, says that Ukraine’s military fired cluster bombs from a Grad rocket launcher at the village of Urazovo, in the Valuysky district.
