The Portuguese economy must thus advance 2.3% this year and 1.8% next year, i.e. above 1.8% and 1.6% expected in July, with a strong "pulse of the funds of the PRR and of the budgetary measures, as well as a more positive performance of the exports".
This forecast is in line with the estimates of Banco de Portugal which this week also projected a growth of 2.3% for and economy this year

Private consumption again surprised and, with the help of the PRR, the economy accelerated to a growth of 2.3% this year, according to the forecasts of the supervisor led by Álvaro Santos Pereira.
