RCMP Officer Injured During Training Exercise in Surrey
One officer remains in hospital with serious injuries after a rear-end collision during a motorcycle escort re-certification course, RCMP said.

- During a motorcycle escort recertification course, one RCMP officer rear-ended another while both traveled southbound on fully marked police motorcycles, according to the force's media statement.
- Three ambulances were deployed by the Provincial Health Services Authority before 10:30 a.m. One officer remains hospitalized with serious injuries; the other was treated and released, returning to training.
