Baton Rouge vet releases children’s book about rescued raccoon’s journey

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Dr. Bob Marshall, a Baton Rouge veterinarian, is releasing a children's book that tells the adventures of a real-life raccoon he raised and released back into the wild. The children's book is called "Hi! My Name is Betty!" "Hi! My Name is Betty!" follows the raccoon being rescued, her visit to Marshall's veterinary clinic and her "playful antics" at Marshall's home.
