Jauregi Confirms the Operation of the Basque Consortium for Ayesa and Relies on an Imminent Resolution for Talgo

The Basque Minister of Industry, Mikel Jauregi, confirmed that a Basque consortium, of which the Executive, together with the foundations BBK and Kutxabank, is part, will buy the technological division of the Ayesa engineering, in which is included Iberomática with headquarters in Donostia and Zamudio (Bizkaia), although he has indicated that it is not yet decided where its headquarters will be located.
