More than half of Romanians believe that the installation of the Government led by Luca Niculescu is a good thing because it puts an end to the political crisis, according to an INSCOP Research poll published on Thursday. The opinions are more divided when it comes to the term of office: 46.8% of respondents believe that the Executive will remain in office until the elections in 2028, and 40.1% believe that it will not last until then.
The data collected in the fifteenth edition of the Informat.ro Barometer, carried out by INSCOP Research in partnership with Strategic Thinking Group at the end of October and the beginning of November 2026, show that more than half of the respondents consider the appointment of the new Cabinet as a positive development.
