Although there is constant talk of banning smart devices in educational institutions, such provisions have not yet come into force. However, there are changes: according to the adopted regulatory model, from September 1, 2026, every preschool and general education school will be required to have a clear procedure for the use of students' personal mobile phones and other terminal devices.
