Baltimore Homicides, Shootings Down Through July; Mayor Touts GVRS
BALTIMORE, AUG 1 – Baltimore reports a 24.3% reduction in homicides and declines in auto thefts, robberies, and carjackings, attributed to improved law enforcement and community efforts, officials said.
