A few days after the announcement of the official stock exchange debut of the newly formed Helvetia Baloise Holding, Baloise communicates the withdrawal of its long-standing expert and Chief Financial Officer Carsten Stolz from the company. The move is not surprising. Since April, it was clear that the former Chief Investment Officer Matthias Henny will take over the CFO job in the merged group.

Prior to the merger of the two insurers Helvetia and Baloise, the company will be left in top management. The long-standing financial manager of Baloise, Carsten Stolz, will leave the company by the end of 2025.
