The Manchester Fire Department were called to a fire south of Manchester on Wednesday afternoon. Fire Chief Kevin Graybill says they responded to a report of bales and a silage bunker on fire at Beth Todd’s property at 2308 170th Avenue shortly after 4:30 pm.  Chief Graybill says burning trash was the cause of the fire.  The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.
