A Baldwin man pleaded guilty on Thursday, June 4, to murder and weapons charges for the fatal November 2025 shooting of a 19-year-old student athlete at a Hempstead house party, Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly announced. Jacob McMillan, 18, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon, Donnelly said.
