Satona Bailey kept his title as the fastest runner in western Kentucky on Saturday with a pair of wins at the Muhlenberg County Invitational. The junior swept the sprints, winning the 100-meter dash in a season-best 11.11, then followed that by taking first in the 200 meters in 22.44.
