AusperBio to Present Long-Term Follow-Up Data of AHB-137 Treatment in Chronic Hepatitis B in Two Late-Breaking Oral Presentations at AASLD The Liver Meeting® 2026
The presentations will share long-term follow-up data from the AB-10-8004 study in NA-treated and treatment-naive participants, AusperBio said.
AusperBio Therapeutics, Inc. announced on October 7 that two abstracts on long-term follow-up data for AHB-137 were selected for late-breaking oral presentations at The Liver Meeting 2026, held November 5–9 in Denver, Colorado.
The presentations will detail findings from the AB-10-8004 study, which evaluates AHB-137's efficacy in two chronic hepatitis B patient populations: nucleoside analogue treatment-experienced patients and treatment-naive patients who received the drug as monotherapy.
Dr. Jinlin Hou of Southern Medical University and Dr. Junqi Niu of The First Hospital of Jilin University will present the long-term follow-up results on November 8, 2026, during the late-breaking oral sessions.
"We are honored that two abstracts from the AB-10-8004 study have been selected," said Chris Yang, Co-founder and CSO of AusperBio, noting the data supports progress toward a functional cure for hepatitis B.
Currently, AusperBio is advancing AHB-137 through a global development strategy, with the therapy undergoing a Phase 3 trial in China after completing earlier clinical studies designed to suppress HBsAg and inhibit viral DNA replication.
