On CNews, the Minister for Combating Discrimination refused to qualify the conspiracy theory of "great replacement" as racist.
When asked about CNews on Wednesday 9 September, she claimed that this conspiracy thesis, notably promoted by Marion Maréchal, was "false" and that she was fighting it, while considering that "it is not necessary to prevent the extreme right from expressing itself".
