The Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly has passed an amendment to the prefectural sexual violence eradication ordinance defining sexual voyeurism against athletes as “sexual violence.” We asked lawyers who act as agents for high school female athletes about their evaluations of the amendments and issues with current photography crimes.
