The judicial court of Evry has rejected the summons to the union. Since the arrival of the CEO, Alexandre Bompard, 27,000 employees have passed under this model. The CFDT intends to appeal.

The Federation of CFDT Services, which was contesting the passage of many Carrefour stores into management leases and denouncing a "disguised social plan", was rejected on Friday of all its applications by the Court of Justice.
