Liverpool Given Bradley Barcola Transfer Green Light as Arsenal Race Heats Up
Barcola has asked to leave PSG, and the club may sell after the World Cup if Liverpool or Arsenal meet its reported €130 million fee.
Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola has reportedly indicated a wish to depart the club this summer, alerting Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool to his potential availability.
Although market valuations place the 23-year-old at £70 million, the French champions have set an asking price of £130m, which neither Arsenal nor Liverpool is currently willing to meet.
Capable of operating as a striker or on either flank, Barcola scored 13 goals in 49 appearances for PSG this season, adding seven assists across all competitions.
Under contract until 2028, the forward faces a crucial decision as extension talks stalled several months ago, while he currently competes with the France squad in North America for the World Cup.
Liverpool and Arsenal are tracking alternative forward options including Yan Diomande and Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi as both clubs assemble squads for the upcoming campaign.
