Advances in the archaeological research carried out in the surroundings of the Torre del Tributaje del Castillo de Alcalá de Guadaíra, municipality of Seville. The work has brought to light indications that could change the interpretation of the access to the fortress. The works point to the possible existence of a new entry point to the enclosure by the northern wall.
This archaeological study, promoted by the City Council through the Delegation of Historical Heritage and Museums, is part of the research prior to the drafting of the project for the conservation of these important elements of the Fortaleza Alcalareña
