ARCA regulated the extension of the Labour Assistance Fund (FAL) of the labour reform: it will enter into force on December 1, 2026 and the shortage has increased to 12 periods per month.
The measure postpones the entry into force of the labour regime in order to adjust the computer systems and adapt the scheme to the new period of absence.
The agency adapted the regulations to the amendments to Decree 1228, which also extends the period of absence to 12 months.
