TEHRAN— Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has used a series of meetings, diplomatic engagements and media appearances on the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly to lay out Tehran’s positions on negotiations with Washington, the Strait of Hormuz, Iran’s nuclear program, regional security, sanctions and the future of multilateral cooperation.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that Tehran is keeping open the possibility of reaching a diplomatic agreement with the United States to end the conflict between the two countries.
