April 27 election: St. Gabriel to pick new council member, Iberville voters will decide taxes

IBERVILLE PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) — Voters in Iberville Parish have several ballot items to track in the municipal general election on Saturday, April 27. The St. Gabriel council race is a runoff between Okedria Smith and Randall Johnson. Both are Democrats. Also, voters must decide on two fire protection district taxes and a proposition for the 18th Judicial Enforcement District. Polls will be open from 7 am. to 8 p.m. Saturday. More information…
