"Appalling" decision to remove Thomas Hardy from GCSE syllabus "lacks common sense"

OCR has announced changes to their poetry anthology that will see the works of Thomas Hardy, among others, removed and replaced with more contemporary poets. Dr Tracy Hayes, Secretary of the Dorchester-based Thomas Hardy Society, said the decision “lacked all common sense”
