Altoona Man Accused Of Attempting To Steal Utility Truck With Worker Inside Bucket

Forty-one-year-old Dwight Gray Jr., of Altoona was arrested on Monday after allegedly threatening a cable technician with a firearm, and attempting to hijack his bucket truck.  According to the Altoona Police Department, the incident occurred on the 1100 block of 15th Avenue while the victim was suspended 30 feet in the air.  Gray allegedly demanded the worker descend and empty his pockets, threatening to “empty the clip on him” when he refused.…
