KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim cited the famous work of the great Tamil pujangga, Thiruvalluvar, as he presented Budget 2027 in the House of Representatives today. Anwar cited the 731st volume of Tirukkural's work to describe the characteristics of a superior country that not only depended on wealth and physical development, but was also endowed with knowledge, justice and morals of its people.
