Antengene to Present First Preclinical Data on ATG-207 (αCD3-TGF-β Bifunctional Fusion Protein) at EULAR 2026
The poster will detail receptor binding, T cell modulation and regulatory T cell induction in preclinical studies, with lower cytokine release in assays, company said.
On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Antengene Corporation Limited announced it will present the first preclinical data for ATG-207 at the European Congress of Rheumatology in London from June 3 to 6.
Antengene developed ATG-207 to address T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases where existing anti-inflammatory therapies fail to eliminate pathogenic effector T cells and restore durable immune tolerance.
The program utilizes the proprietary AnTenGager platform, featuring '2+1' bivalent binding and TGFβRIII-biased activity, and preclinical studies demonstrated substantially lower proinflammatory cytokine release compared to unbiased fusion protein controls.
To date, Antengene has obtained 32 investigational new drug approvals in the U.S. and Asia, alongside new drug application approvals in 10 Asia Pacific markets, positioning the company across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
The EULAR 2026 poster presentation scheduled for June 6, 2026, will detail ATG-207's receptor binding, T cell receptor modulation, and regulatory T cell induction in models of T cell-mediated autoimmune disease.
