The North Carolina-based attack squadron flew its final Harrier flight May 29.
Last Thursday, another squadron belonging to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) made the last flight with attack planes AV-8B Harrier II, which are gradually being replaced by the F-35 Lightning II poachers.
