A border police officer in Borș was placed under judicial control for 60 days, being accused of asking for 300 euros from a Greek driver to get rid of a fine of 800 euros. Agent Mihele Lorin would have received the money hidden in a passport, after more than half an hour in which the driver refused to pay. Two other border police officers are being investigated in the same cause, for complicity in taking bribes.
