The MSPCA searched a Plympton home with the help of local police on Tuesday as part of an animal cruelty investigation, according to the animal welfare non-profit. Plympton police and the MSPCA investigated “an incident” on Lake Street, the police department wrote on Facebook at noon. Police noted that there was no threat to the public, but asked that people avoid the area.
