Andrzej Ś., a man convicted in 2010 of about 20 rapes in Wrocław, will end his sentence next year. According to Gazeta.pl, the director of the penal establishment in which the man is serving his sentence, will apply to the court to recognise Andrzej Ś. as a threatening person. This means that he may go to a centre in Gostynia.
