Sebastian Fundora Wears Down Ermal Hadribeaj For Late Stoppage
Fundora’s pressure and body work wore down Hadribeaj, who lost two points for holding before the champion landed the finishing left hand.
- On Saturday, Sebastian Fundora retained his WBC junior middleweight title, knocking out challenger Ermal Hadribeaj at 2:59 of the 12th round at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.

- Debate followed Referee Thomas Taylor's intervention, as critics argued Hadribeaj beat the count and the bell had already sounded. The disputed finish prompted calls for Nevada State Athletic Commission review.
- Dan Rafael urged Hadribeaj's team to protest, arguing an illegitimate knockout loss damages the challenger's marketability and leverage for future paydays.
- Following the bout, Terence Crawford reassessed Fundora's standing on social media, suggesting other fighters' speed would prove too significant for the junior middleweight titleholder.
